Kanchanjunga

Kanchanjunga (8586m) is the 3rd highest peak of the world lies in the north east
part of Nepal. In spite of its remoteness trekking in Kanchanjunga region is lifetime
experience. In this trek one can experience the virgin natural beauty with exotic fauna
and flora of a serene place known as Kanchanjunga.
Detailed itinerary:
 Day 01 to
03: Arrive Kathmandu (1311m). Day 04: Kathmandu to Biratnagar by plane and drive to
Basantpur (1900m). Day 05: Basantpur to Tinjure Phedi (2250m). Day 06: Tinjure Phedi to
Goopha Pokhari (2400m). Day 07: Goopha Pokhari to Gurjagaon (2100m). Day 08: Gurjagaon to
Taplejung (1824m). Day 09: Taplejung to Lali Kharka (2200m). Day 10: Lali Kharka to
Khesewa (2000m). Day 11: Khesewa to Mamankhe (1700m). Day 12: Mamankhe to Yamphudin
(1670m). Day 13: Yamphudin to Chittre (2900m). Day 14: Chittre to Torontan (3100m). Day
15: Torontan to Tseram (3770m). Day 16: Tseram to Ramze (5000m). Day 17: Ramze to Yalung
Glacier and Oktang Base Camp (5525m) and back to Ramze. Day 18: Ramze to Tseram. Day 19:
Ts- eram to Milgin La pass to Sanmung Khola (3800m). Day 20: Sanmung Khola to Sinion La
Pass (4854m) and Simon Kharka near the riverside camp. Day 21: Sinion Kharka to Ghunsa
(3600m). Day 22: Ghunsa to Rampuk Kharka (4000m). Day 23: Rampuk Kharka to Ramtang
(4900m). Day 24: Ramtang to Lhonak (5100m). Day 25: Lhonak to Kanchanjunga glacier and
Pangpema base camp then back to Lhonak. Day 26: Lhonak to Rampuk Kharka. Day 27: Rampuk
Kharka to Phere (3700m). Day 28: Phere to Amjilasa (3200m). Day 29: Amjilasa to Sokathom
(2800m). Day 30: Sokathom to Chirwa (1600m). Day 31: Chirwa to Mitlung (1260m). Day 32:
Mitlung to Dobhan (1100m). Day 33: Dobhan to Goopha Pokhari (2400m). Day 34: Goopha
Pokhari to Tinjure Phedi (2250m). Day 35: Tinjure Phedi to Basantpur (1900m). Day 36:
Drive Basantpur to Biratnagar. Day 37: Biratnagar to Kathmandu by flight. Day 38:
Sightseeing and shopping in Kathmandu. Day 39 to 40: Fly back home.
